Current RSA increases electricity costs by 50% over the next 5 years, particularly those using solar. Most recent RSA meeting canceled to give time for all parties to review the agreement which Judge Swain and the governor were in favor of postponing. I don't believe that meeting has been re-scheduled. If they cannot come to an agreement regarding the RSA, the whole thing may be scrapped for foreseeable future. Not sure GRB gets an agreement without it. It would seem they have enough votes to pass the current RSA, but still not a done deal. It would seem PR is trying to pay its debts in large part by taxes on electricity. Apples is wrong that GRB is not executing.. just google it and you can see the debacle. Lots of answers in Puerto Rico daily news if not from GRB. Seems their hands are tied for now.
