RE:RE:UPDATE

RE:RE:UPDATECoolsemis ..

We just received the first draft of the Form-20F from the lawyers.  We will review and make any adjustments.  There will be 45 to 60 days of back and forth for finalizing the Form 20-F.
A Form 20-F is a very extensive and detailed "prospectus-like" registration document that is required for GRB to meet a key requirement for listing on NASDAQ. The final document usually ends up at 100 to 150 pages long PLUS the requirement to have all material contracts in the company's history to be included as attachments, so this ends up as a multi-thousand page filing.

Once this Form 20-F is completed and accepted by the SEC, then GRB becomes a fully registered US Public Company.  At this point we can choose any of the NASDAQ listing platforms of which the Global Market Select is the most premium, with a US $4.00 entry requirement.  Other NASDAQ listings require less, but our target is the Global Market.  Keep in mind many milestones will have happened by that date of Form 20-F approval so you cannot cast judgement on the share price today.
