Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Jeff you rock! It is a testament to your vision that Montalva is the only PREB approved commercial solar project at this point. Kudos for your perseverance and patience in this decades long struggle. Vindication for you in the face of so many naysayers and obstacles along the way. A huge win for the people of PR and for GRB shareholders too!
