RE:Update - Sept 4This may be a dumb question, but how can FOMB ask for 3500MW of solar when there may be only 300mw left after the ranking of the 16 projects and there's no more land in PR to build solar projects on? How many MW total would there be if all 16 were completed? Strange that FOMB went from wanting a list for 150mw last week to wanting 3500 this week. Checking into the Bosley hair restoration program. Hope it works!
