RE:RE:RE:My question for Jeff

RE:RE:RE:My question for JeffPartly Cloudy ...

There are ZERO issues regarding our project and wildfires.   The wildfires are not even near our project and I cannot figure out why a wildfire would have anything to do with entitlement and permission to build. We are in the middle of an urban setting.  A few thousand homes would get destroyed before affecting us.... a bad thought but the reality.   There is quite a bit of open farmland that buffers the housing density where we are located and we are not near any immediate forest by at least a few miles.   Big fires are in Northern/Central California, not Southern California where we are located.  All farmland surrounding the housing density must be cut to less than 6 inches of grass height by June 15 or else the City or County immediately cuts it for you and you pay a fine and the cost of the cut.  Kern County has good forest and fire management because its run by compentent officials unlike the State which refuses to clear debris.

We are in a different part of California.
