Montalva

Montalva

If I had $2 to bet that wasn't already in GBR, I'd put it on Peterdrilling as the Belgian seller of the stock. Have to go in the way back machine for that name but just a guess that doesn't really matter.

I just drove past the Montalva property as per the map on the website. All I can say is that its big, beautiful and very sunny, 91 degrees today, no clouds in sight. Going to have to clear out a lot of tropical growth for solar panels, but obviously very doable. I don't know the exact property boundaries, but from what I could see, a HUGE piece of land and very accessible. Nice to confirm what the website says about the property from everything I could see. I could only allow my wife to sweat it out in the car so much before taking off, but can totally see the potential. Now for the FOMB to want lots of MWs, because that property can handle them!!
