RE:Stockhouse GRB Update
Thank you for the reply.

The threat to sue me over asking questions about your motives and moves made is not really even a possibility.   I have not defamed you, nor have I defamed the company.   Have I called your tactic's into question?  Yes.   That is an acceptable thing to do, we all have the right to ask you why you are doing the things you are doing as the CEO of a publicly traded company.    You then have the right to answer it any which way you please.   A lawsuit though? Come on?

You go to the lawsuit threat way to quick, we can have a real discussion about what brought you to do a raise on the lowest possible share price in the last 6 months.   There is no need to lower yourself to threats when I am simply trying to understand your thought process.   All I have done is ask for you to walk us through that process where $1.50 was the right price, did you not see the need for additonal funds coming?  We're you hoping for a rebound in the share price?  FOMB just taking forever etc.  There are logical explanations that you may have applied here, but you have chosen to call me stupid and intimidate me with threats of legal action.   To what gain?

Further to asking that simple question and speculating through some possible explanations I have not defamed or belittled you or the company.   I have pointed out the many times you have guided the readers of this forum down the wrong path with your insight and provided the post history along with it, but I have never gone against the future potential of GRB, or how smart you are, because I think you are very well educated and a very successful business person.

Not looking for a fight, not even down any money on GRB, just asking for some clarity on this move and why it would be made when it was.   As a shareholder I can ask that question without fear of anything :)
