This isn't a water cooler stock at the moment. If they were pump and dumping why are they securing large assets? Wouldn't they be looking to do tons of marketing their stock to pump it? Montalva and sage ranch is about petty politics. Have you ever tried to get a building permit from your local municipality? It's a frustrating long game. They make you jump through tiny hoops the whole way. I agree with doctor90 we don't want this valued on speculation. But there's going to be alot of buying of PWR when the psychedelic stocks make another run. Cash position of these two will stand the test of the near future. Hold strong.
