Greenbriar Update All ..

There will be a MAJOR news release issued on Sunday night at 9pm PST for Asia, Europe and

North American distribution.  

The contents of the news release have a greater positive financial impact to all the GRB

shareholders than Montalva.   

This is good for all of us as it adds monsterous value to the GRB shareholder.

The release is dated January 25 and at 9pm PST this Sunday it is Jan. 25 in Toronto.

This is a joint news release with a government provincial utility issuing and approving the release 

with their logo and name on every page of our news release.  Make no mistake or cast no doubt 

This release and the news within, is much more significant than Montalva in value and price.

I'll copy the release on this board at 9:20 pm on Sunday when the release is fully disseminated.

It is huge news!

Montalva Update

PREPA and FOMB are working on the wording on the deal proposed by the FOMB which is 

to cover the MTR's (batteries).   FOMB expects PREPA to collect the funds from FEMA money.

Also, GRB was the only company to lower to 8.84 cents escalating to 14.1.  The rest are basically

9.9 to 14.1

So FOMB is saying that if the Feds pay for batteries then others should lower to our price.

Devil in the details but both PREPA and FOMB have board meetings next week.  FOMB is now

4 to 3 for Solar at 593 MW.   It is not warm and cuddly place inside the FOMB board but the Anti-

solar minority was not expecting to lose the Senate on January 5 (because of the double Georgia

bi-election.)  The anti-solar minority now have no political friends at all in charge.

I expect an approval end of next week or the following.  Although this is massive for GRB, this

Sunday night release is more massive. And the Sunday release is not a bluff for Montalva.

The Sunday release is truly bigger.

Sage Ranch

I am reading many daily updates including city emails to our team and its 100% of the City 

commitment to cross the finish line.  I am forecasting a near term Planning meeting to allow for the

completed water report and the 1,000's of pages of support documents to the Planning

Commission.  Please do not hassle the City.  There is a big team working around the clock getting

this done.  Paul Morris cleared the ice and its going full speed.

I am buying 50,000 shares on Monday at $3.00
