RE:Damage to GRB and Jeff

RE:Damage to GRB and Jeff
With congress pouring untold Billions of $$$ into Puerto Rico in the attempt to reconstruct the island and the economy, I certainly hope they are concerned about where that money is going and that the hundreds of contracts for which that money will be directed are seen to be fairly and competitively reached. Jeff gave the example this morning of the millions of dollars wasted on inferior contracts for solar power. I would hope that congress would have an interest in that money being spent wisely and would have a say in such an overt attempt at corruption/wasted money, no matter the country in which the cheated company originates from. (Please don't mock my hopes that congress could somehow prove to be responsible, polyanna I know).
