The map shows no detail and extremely vague.  Siemens performed a studay several years ago.  Anything above 800 MW will require an extensive rebuild of the entire transmission and distribution system, which is the reason the battery storage aspect acts as a peak shaving load leveling ancilliary service PREPA badly needs outside of a transmission rebuild beyond the 1000MW.

Nothing from PREPA is considered reliable and the point of your response is what?

If there were more transmission available than 593 MW PREPA would of awarded more than the 593 MW.
