Its on the public record.  The funds are NOT paid. Its an obligation only once we monetize. You need to record it on the books even though it is not paid.
 
Bonus for turning a $1 million piece of dirt into a fully entitled USD $124 Million asset in its current condition.     

Stock price cut in half by you and your bashers.  If your reply is now "the GRB bashing team cannot hurt the price", then why do you post? You post for that reason. My friends are buying while you are causing others to sell.  I guess you are a reverse robinhood, stealing from the poor and giving to the rich. Typical socialist mentality. Saying you are helping the little guy when you only help the wealthy.
