RE:Shneps ...I appreciate the usual cordial response from Jeff but I will say that you really didn't answer my main question as to why Phantom attached the Altus report to the offer?
Did they need to be reminded or did you need to be reminded about the report's valuation?
Why did they make such a lowball offer knowing your (and their position) of wanting to get more money for Sage?
Why did GRB receive an offer for Sage Ranch and Captiva Verde (as an optionee in a potential JV agreement in which they have provided the funding for the project's development and are supposed to receive 50% of the net profit) was never so much as mentioned, let alone halted along with Greenbriar's stock?
Have you given up your position at Captiva Verde?
Are those shareholders and Captiva Verde no longer relevant to the future of Sage Ranch?
