We’ve been in Greenbriar for a long time, mostly in an effort to capitalize on the company’s solar project in Puerto Rico, which has been riddled with setbacks. This hasn't been on the part of the company, however, but because of bureaucratic buffoonery and partisan pissing matches. The good news is that legally, that solar project must be built, so regardless of the delays, Greenbriar is still set to get this thing done.
The company’s housing development in Tehachapi, California, has also proved to be quite valuable, and I expect to see more benefits from that one later in the year.
Greenbriar is a buy at current levels.
