Greenbriar has spoken with its legal counsel and determined it is in the best interest of the company to file an action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia to expose to the shareholders and to the company, the email address, the home address, and phone numbers of a person who uses the handle: “Shneps” on Stockhouse and other online chat forums.  From there the company, will proceed with an action of defamation against such individual for damages and punitive damages exceeding one million dollars plus special costs, legal fees and an order banning such individual from further actions. 
 
Over a period of one year, “Shneps has accused the company and its officers of inside dealings, unlawful enrichment, theft of company assets, mismanagement, insider trading by family members, lawsuits with or against the company that do not exists, false and misleading information that have no other objective other than to harm the companies shareholders and officers either financially or through reputational losses. 
 
Once the claim and has been made and identity revealed in BC, the same claims will be filed in California. Stockhouse, the other online forums, and the internet service providers WILL NOT oppose the legal applications. 
 
Punitive damages will be sought to the maximum amounts permitted by the courts.
