RE:RE:Sage Ranch Costs

RE:RE:Sage Ranch CostsInteresting how all your responses are phrased in "leading the witness" context.
Never have I said that Sage Ranch "is a dog". As a matter of fact on numerous occasions I have mentioned what a great site package JZMK Partners has put together for the Sage Ranch Project. As for your references to (2) cow pastures I can refresh your memory when I asked why anybody would travel on their vacations from Nevada to Tehachapi and also to Puerto Rico to visit scrub grass pastures.
Was anything acheived by making these visits?

You also seem to miss the fact that there is one, and only one person, leading Greenbriar Capital. Which makes it extremely difficult to discuss the timeline issues the company is having with anybody else then "the boss".
There is nobody else accountable.
Everybodys actions are directed via one person. This is always referenced in the corporate statements.
Sage Ranch was supposed to be started building in 2020. I don't even hear a grumbling about the fact the PDP isn't approved. If you truly wanted Sage Ranch built at least start raising a little lawyer speak toward the City.

Nope, not in love.
Just looking for answers thanks.

Great joke about forensic audits on coffee shops by the way. Lol

Makes absolutely no sense.
