RE:Just goes to show what losers populate this site

RE:Just goes to show what losers populate this siteTyler, the PDP is not 100% ( I personally believe it may be approved). The Planning Department is "recommending" to the Planning Commision they approve but the Planning Commmision has (3) options. Approval, Denial or Continuation.
The one aspect I'm truly disappointed in is the dropping of JZMK Partners and bringing in the lesser quality product from Stong Engineering and Design. This was the commentary that Stuart Nacht mentioned about changing the approved Master Development Plans.
I would have to assume this was another reason for the delays, in switching firms.
Unfortunately the final products are built cheaper with just the fronts "kind of replicating" the original designs but the rear 2/3 of the building is a non descript block.
Landscape design looks decent.
Too me, JZMK Partners was the best attribute of the entire project.
Hopefully for you guys it taking one more step forward Monday.
