What impending potential news has "Jeff all but guaranteed" as of late that hasn't been all but guaranteed for years.
- Sage Ranch was supposed to start in 2020.
- Montalva was supposed to start numerous times with the latest being being July 2020, I believe.
- 500Mw of Alberta solar pipeline has vapourized into the big sky country.
- Forward Living has never materialized.
- The dividend thing was also mentioned years ago.
- INX has not materialized
- NASDAQ listing, NYSE listing?
Only thing guaranteed was that the "Blackout" period was not real or definitely not enforced as per their Code of Ethics.
I know things have been indicated as to their going to happen but nothing guaranteed.
Information that Sven posts is interesting but it is not anything that obviously can be placed into official documents, otherwise they would be.
