37.82% of 18-34 year olds in this county live with their parents.

California is near 40% on average which is one of the top states (New Jersey the highest just over 46%) of young adults living at home in the whole country.

So we do not need a growing population to sell houses. We just need something affordable to allow these kids to start their lives.
