Sage Approval

Sage ApprovalSuper happy the FHA program that everyone in the region uses below $498,000 has been made public. The KHOV homes up the street do not qualify for price. Big brother pays for 96.5% of the total price if owner welches on the mortgage. Smart move by GRB. Once construction breaks expect Lennar (73,000 home sales in US and 2,000+ in Kern County alone) with $34 Billion US in revenue make a run at GRB.  KHOV is baby with only 5,600 homes and $1.9 Billion in revenue.

Just like WND, within 5 months of construction start the big boys came bidding. Very hard to get entitlement for 995 entry level homes in Cali.

Keep up the good work.

Love
Schnepps
