l agree that the 350 reservations are amazing! I loved that point!
Infact my past posts l have said l believe things would sell out phase 1 and 2!
l have always believed head bottlewasher was going after programs for people who need help in financial matters.
Head bottlewasher has taken a piece of dirt reclassified it , now has found financial people to underwrite building of units, so now we are a point when deeded, cash is at hand ! Just like WIND cash flow is guaranteed so mtg get paid and we get out with the bucks in hand!
