Jeff... Will there be any problems meeting the requirements listed under the "Prioritization Matrix" heading on page 7 of the FOMB statement? Specifically the "Minimum Technical Requirements", especially if you're trying to swoop in and get the full 150mw allotment? I think your financials are fine but perhaps you can comment on them as well.

I recall MTR issues listed in the Sargant and Lundy report that were solved by dropping down to 80mw from 160mw... are these the same MTR requirements the FOMB would require you to meet or are they refering to your technical abilities to build a project like this?

whoami2u .. The reference is simply having the MTR's met in your contract, which we have.  There is no question on our team's ability as our contract would not have met the unanimous PREB approval or the PREPA Governing board approval which has already happened.. The reference to financials was a contract holder cannot sell to another company prior to substantial completion and if ...more
