Pierreluc, thank you for the link.  APER has destroyed the FOMB's arguments once again.  Stalling jobs and investment is hard to fathom given the hard times on the island.  Stopping the cheapest projects that can be built before 2025 would seem to be gross incompetence or corruption.  I would think the real possibility of a lawsuit by the 16 legacy solar projects against ...more
