All ..

I think a lot of folks here are going off the rails here a bit again.
No one on my team is talking about the 1,000 MW RFP.
As I said a long time ago, and I was proven correct, PREPA just recently stated last week
it submitted a "bunch" of projects to the PREB and the FOMB in which to choose the 150MW from.
Why is this so hard to understand?
PREPA had 4 months to choose 150MW and still has not. It lied about doing so in the last meeting.
As I stated before, PREPA and the whole political class in Puerto Rico plus the US Congress want the 593 Approved.  Finally PREPA sends a "bunch" of projects to the FOMB last week and even says that PREPA needs a few more weeks to figure it out.
Why?  Because as I said before, everyone feels that 300MW of the best projects should get FOMB support as the most likely to get built.  PREPA removes liability to personal friends not picking theirs.  Everything that wel all want will not happen at their useless board meetings. Its all going on behind the scenes. You have new pro-solar FOMB members that are getting sworn in, you have the Governor, Congress, all politicians and even the f_cking Uni-Bomber himself wanting more than 150MW.  The issue on this board is the good intentions of whoami2u has morphed the wrong way and you are all watching these useless FOMB and PREPA meetings where they lie in front of the meeting attendees.  (Last one PREPA says it submitted the 150 to the FOMB and two days later the FOMB says they received nothing)
Stop self flaggelating yourselves. On Friday a guy emailed me and said he just got fed up and blew out his 55,000 shares.  That started the down tick.  I picked up 20,000 shares.
Alberta is just around the corner, Paul will take Sage over the finish line (Just those two projects are over USDv$100 Million in years sales with a 30% net net margin.  Montalva will get approved and not at a useless PREPA or FOMB public meeting... take a pill, drink a shirley temple, visit a crazy uncle in the pennitentiary, or do something but incorrectly analyze Montalva.  I don't live on a boat but I am getting seasick listening to this shard.
