Best Spot on the Island
We have the best spot on the damn island, protected by mountains, proven highest solar radiation throughout the island .. and they want the inferior projects.. fishy.
With Costa Sur never comimg back. Puerto Ricans are getting f**cked right now with the games being played and the pockets wanting to be filled.
PREPA has been the utter destruction of the island. If only they were for the people, and not against them.

While we all could list the 15 bullet points as to why Montalva may have been the best project from a logical standpoint, the one thing we all failed to consider was that PREPA/FOMB were never looking for the best project as we would define it. We followed the rules but were playing the wrong game.
