Jeff:Does a Canadian company have any standing to demand an investigation?Shouldnt you approach the Canadian politicians,who should be looking for a win,after the pipeline disaster?Can the many US shareholders petition congress with your letter?
I still believe we should sell our Montalva position to a big player with resources and staying power.Use the proceeds to expand Alberta or other more legitimate opportunities.Why play in this corrupt PR?Even if we eventually get to build Montalva,for 35 years you will still be involved in this corruption,whether you want to or not.

Well 9er I would totally disagree about selling a piece of land that potentially has a $2 billion contract attached to it with free recurring income of millions of $ over 35 years, but each to their own opinion. In fact, the decision made by PREPA/FOMB, based on false pretenses and misrepresented facts, resulted in vicious attacks on the CEO which harmed his credibility and that of the company ...more
