Ciro One in trouble???

In a recent document found HERE  Ciro One seems to have an issue with their land.
I don't have the time to google translate it today so I'd thought I'd just quickly toss it out there and maybe those that read Spanish can provide a summary of what's going on with Ciro.

Just an amateur investor over here but why is this info coming out now about Ciro? Someone in power is pissed of and finding/using dirt it seems.   Aligns with what Jeff has been saying for the past month that powerful people are not happy. Just my take but it seems like this has been escalated to a higher level.
