1) Micro-grids exist only in the true sense when the solar facility is 100% "behind the fence",

regardless of battery deployment and high DC/AC ratios. A few of our sites for this

contract are "behind the fence".  When a project is not completely "inside the fence" it cannot

be truly a micro-grid as it relies on third party T&D.
