Are you getting a major investment from (AIF) Altus Group? Or any other Iinvestmnent / Captal Group? Many investors dont understand the `nature` of the Real Estate Business. Thanks STG

Thanks for the explanation Jeff. GRB pays 2% annually on "unused" funds. What is the rate on the funds they use? How is the 6.25% of total funding (through the issuance of warrants) incorporated into the overall rate being paid? What conditions are required (within the mandate) before any monies are released? i.e permitting or presales. For the monies to be released to Sage Ranch there ...more

Shneps:Please ask Jeff to submit financial arrangements to you prior to making any commitment.Clearly you perceive the traps that Jeff can fall into left to his own devices. Also please do it without involving Stockhouse so that you don't  involve us in the minutiae of these contracts.It's a drag.
