Incorrect measurement of offer

To value an offer for Sage you have to compare it to the Net Present Value,not the SP of GRB.We got an offer of 50% of the value of Sage.A low ball offer. The measurement of the offer' ratio to GRB is a ploy to make it look attractive. Believe final agreement will be much higher.
