So what I understand is sage ranch is 138 acre , and this site is over 828acres  and for 14700000 $.  It's 7 times bigger than sage ranch . If we do the math here , then the land of sage ranch is worth 2 million dollar just solely comparison of the size .  Ofc we also have to consider the location, and I checked on google map , this site for sale is 6 min drive from sage ranch . ...more

I'm sorry actually is 6 times bigger , so by comparison of size , 14700000/6= 2.45 million  If we Give the double value based on its location 2.45 million *2 = 5 million dollar

Altus can claim any valuation but there is no investors that want to value it at all beyond $5-10m as reflected in the stock price...CLAIMS OUT OF THE AIR FOR STUPID VALUATION ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY ANY THIRD PARTY.. Look at CapitalsHills 800 acres for sale at $14M and not selling or even offers..YET this 130 acres is worth $179M.?????.something stinks here...Jeff's own claimed valuation is not ...more

The first rule of bashing a stock is to divert attention away from the facts. While I've enjoyed our little chat today, discussing bogus attempts to call GRB's projects and CEO into question, I think it's time to take the 1/2 mile walk to the beach at Lake Tahoe, and take in a little sun and fun.
