I dont like the smell of this deal..I will be shorting this hard on Tuesday...800 acres next door is $14M but Jeffrey J. Ciachurski says 130acres that he paid $1M for is now  is worth $130M.....Hmmmmmmmm?

Sheepman:Can you be more specific re shorting.How many share and at what price?Would like to follow your success or lack thereof.   Be careful as a lot of overvalued stocks have gone up nonetheless,and usual trading is not as liquid as last Thursday and a lot of stock is closely held.Your case rests on the sale of some undeveloped land going for a lot lower price than Sage,as I understand it
