Montalva Update

Contrary to the negative bashers the news from Puerto Rico is excellent.  We are working with PREPA and their lawyers everyday. There was no significance to July 27.  July 27 was a date that PREPA said it would contact the PREB with a Luma update.  I published on a previous post the exact wording from the July 4 letter, that PREPA sent to PREB on the public file. The statement in the letter ended with:

"WHEREFORE, the Parties respectfully request the Honorable Energy Bureau to grant until July 27, 2022, to inform the Energy Bureau of any progress regarding the Feasibility Study.
In San Juan, Puerto Rico, this 4th day of July 2022"

Obviously PREPA is late making a filing.  They do not care about Stockhouse.

We are working everyday on the feasibility update.  Please note the previously completed 9 month Montalva feasibility study cleared and approved Montalva for 80MW in 2020.  This will simply be updated.   Expansion to 150MW happens after the 80MW.

Regarding the post on the 100MW Convergent project.  None of those projects are final until Luma does a 9 month feasibility study. So the information by LetsMakeNoMoney is not correct.

Regarding the market price, A very close friend bid 200,000 shares yesterday at US $1.08 on the OTC.
Screen shots all day yesterday prove this.

It showed on the TSXV as a bid at CAD $1.38

He got filled 63,100 shares at US $1.08 average. (as high as US $1.10)

He cancelled his US $1.08 bid for the balance of his 136,900 shares and increased his bid for the balance of 136,900 raised to US $1.09. that showed up on the OTC market depth, but not the TSXV.

I have screen shots where the remaining bid of 136,900 shares at US $1.09 sat unfilled for the next 3 hours yesterday.

I show him the Stockhouse posts of last night and he sees you weasel bashers and correctly pulls his bid.  He is enjoying a round of golf at Pelican Hill today, near my house, having fun golfing and watching Stockhouse lower the price 15 cents. Now you know Stockhouse bashers like Shneps and his buddies screw the little guy and help the rich guys. Anything he does is now cheaper because you bashers made it cheaper for him.  He is smart, you are silly and like inflicting pain on yourself.

PREPA will file their letter to PREB on their own terms. Not on Stockhouse terms.

Please read my previous post where I published the entire letter verbatim. Here it is again:

MOTION TO INFORM PROGRESS OF THE FEASIBILITY STUDY

COMES NOW, the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) and PBJL Energy Corporation (“PBJL”)1 through the undersigned counsels and respectfully submits and requests as follows:

1. On June 7, 2022, the Parties filed an Informative Motion and Request for Extension of Time to Inform Progress of the Feasibility Study (the “Request for Extension”) before this Honorable Puerto Rico Energy Bureau of the Public Service Regulatory Board (the “Energy Bureau”) requesting an extension of time to inform the progress of the preliminary agreement between the Parties.

2. As explained in the Request for Extension, the Parties have reached a preliminary agreement which consists of LUMA Energy LLC (“LUMA”) performing a feasibility study to determine whether the Montalva project can be safely and reliably integrated into the T&D System, considering operational and capacity constraints, among other technical criteria (the “Feasibility Study”). The Energy Bureau has yet to enter a ruling regarding the Request for Extension.

3. During the past 20 days, LUMA requested information to commence the evaluation of the Montalva project for the Feasability Study. The Parties have been in communication and PREPA issued a request for information to PBJL about technical aspects of the project for interconnection. On June 22, 2022, PBJL provided responses to the request for information (“PBJL’s Responses”). PBJL’s Responses have been delivered to LUMA. Currently, the Parties await further instructions and a kick-off meeting with LUMA’s officials.

4. Consequently, the Parties hereby request that the Energy Bureau grant until July 27, 2022, to inform the Energy Bureau of any progress regarding the Feasibility Study.

5. It is further stated that the length of the requested period will not affect the proceedings in this case since the Parties are in consensus and this request for extension is made in good faith to reach an agreement and hopefully dismiss the case of caption.

6. All efforts and proceedings related to the Settlement Proposal are made under Puerto Rico Rule of Evidence no. 408.

WHEREFORE, the Parties respectfully request the Honorable Energy Bureau to grant until July 27, 2022, to inform the Energy Bureau of any progress regarding the Feasibility Study.

In San Juan, Puerto Rico, this 4th day of July 2022.

I guess Jeff's friend finished his round in fine shape as a bid for 151,000 shares suddenly appeared.

Jeff i appreciate you always addressing the same old rabble with such passion, regardless of whatever the complaint du jour that occupies their waking minutes. Your buddy should actually thank them for getting his shares cheaper than expected. The sign of an intelligent investor. You know people, one of these days the bashers, themselves will get bashed, the ceo here replies with such frequency and in-depth,I'm surprised he's still doing it,,,, I'm sure he'd rather be on the golf course with his friend bellowing " Four",,,,

This comment truly shows the ignorance of this poster. "I'm sure he'd rather be on the golf course with his friend bellowing " Four",,,,". It may be the case but if he's on the golf course yelling fore it means he's either going to hit something or someone. Lol

So how many times have posters highlighted when other companies have gotten approved for X number of MW, and then had some kind of negative commentary on GRB? 'Look at them, that's a legit company!'... GRB is 9 Months Ahead of them on Feasibility!  The relationship between PREPA and GRB also involving PREB and LUMA cannot be denied from the official doc out of PR. This is moving ...more

Stay silient in the background. Do yourselves a favor, start doing your deep research and due diligence. Invest accordingly. Spectators wont take any company serious, most definitely. Shareholders will take this one serious. Purpose and Intelligence will be the big drivers for this company. I have already done it. Jeff thinks big. Hes planning big projects for many people. Considering Saudi Aramco (at $2.3 trillion) is the highest valued company in the world that comment says you were the janitor for some company on another world. Wow Jeff, these are your followers. Inspirational to say the least.

Shneps, your purpose is drag a CEO through the mud. My purpose is looking for the next NR about the Sale of Saga Ranch. Your serve no purpose with all your nonsense on this board.

" GRB is 9 Months Ahead of them on Feasibility!" They have approved projects. GRB does not. Head shake.........

Did you get a chance to ask your buddy why he bought all those share at $1.38 and then proceeded to sell the majority of them $1.32.? "screw the little guy and help the rich guys." Apparently his golf game went a for cr_p, got pissed off and sold them back. I know my fair share of stupid rich guys. Money does not make you smart. We have acess to screenshots too you know.

Jeff seems to forget that I already posted how long (and how much) the feasibility studies by LUMA take and it's not nine months. That is merely how long Montalva's hasn't taken so far and it's still not completed. They have done everything in their legal and political powers to drag this process out. I imagine it will continue.

Should all 3 projects come to fruition, CAD 10 per share can be expected, with a good margin of safety.  Net Present Value per 1 share: Montalva -> 7 CAD Sage Ranch ->  4.82 CAD (PWR share?) Unfortunately the $191M NPV for Montalva is significantly less based on GRB dropping the prices for the power being sold to the grid. "Worth noting is the fact that Mr. Ciachurski has reduced his project’s pricing offer over time, suggesting that the premium assigned to Puerto Rico-specific constraints may originally have been (and may continue to be), to the detriment of Puerto Rico’s ...more

I am not sure just what shneps end game is but he is articulate and for the most part does not delve into the personal. I am long GRB, via theStruthers Reports, and patiently wait for this great pipeline of projects to become fully actualized.
