16th Grand Jury Response!

Looks like a ruff response is going to be delivered before the meeting tomorrow! A LEAK!
Don't think much reaction to it on the price of the shares will happen! 

The only thing it will be on paper what they think! And it will give our head bottlewasher something to chew on! It will be fun to see how they turn and spin this!

Thanks, checked out the new article. But it isn't a response by the Grand Jury, but a response from the Water District Board to the Grand Jury report, which was critical of the Water Board.
