Lets just hope that the Planning Commission is actually going to vote on approving, or not, Sage Ranch on Nov 13th, and this isn't just another slightly inaccurate "slip of the lip" from the head bottle washer. The Planning Commission has said nothing publically as far as I have seen.

I was thinking about that too.  here's one from last year that's written the same way and we know what happened.  "To approve", is that like  "To sell"?   For your sake i hope not.  Love how the stock took off after this one went out, not!  It didn't even get to a $50 m market cap and that includes Montalva too.  https
