The seller today
Someone from TD wanted out pretty bad today.
That is the problem with thinly traded stocks, if one shareholder decides to bail, there really isn't a bottom.

I wouldn't celebrate just yet. I get the feeling that the Planning Commission won't be "voting" on Sage Ranch at their next meeting, as Jeff claimed, but may just have a discussion and file it for further review. If we are lucky, it will come up again at the next meeting. JMO

More sells this morning. 23,500 offer at $0.90 only lasted less than 5 mins someone wiped it out.
