So, according to that "just released" website they still do not know what the HOA fees are going to actually cost and they haven't even seperated the fact that SFD HOA fees will be different from the attached homes because monies are required to be allocated for roof, window, siding,etc. maintenance. Significant higher cost associations. Can't receive non-refundable deposits ...more

Wow, a whopping 74 people have looked at GRB's twitter post. Man, no one gives a rat's behind after all of the failed launches. Where is the money to start construction, which was supposed to start this month? Do they even have the permits? Time for some real answers, not just twitter posts. JMO

This whole mess is really gathering momentum to the downside! Nothing of any solid proof of closure to any of the deals ! Just repeating the same old news stuff from before or saying extension of dates! Does not look good for people wanting to invest or more people wanting to put down their money on properties that will maybe not be build even if GRB gets their permits! If Montalva has a pulse why cant you find anything on it on the web except for GRB news releases?! Don't you think there would be some mention about it like they want to do this in Puerto Rico but they can't do anything becuse of the pending lawsuit with Greenbriar? Nothing. Puerto Rico is pretty bad on a lot of things but give them credit they sure know how to write a NDA.  ...more
