Voya financing?

From Tehachapi News:

Jeff Ciachurski, chief executive officer of the developer — Greenbriar Sustainable Living, Inc. — said in an email on April 16 that the company now expects to begin construction sometime in May.

“Our lender is targeting (a) May 6 financial close,” Ciachurski said.

Silly you! That was based on a positive court settlement occuring on May 3rd. It's in the judge's hands.

But Jeff said the Water District dispute had ne effect on the timeline for Sage Ranch. Yes, silly me!   :o)

So he didn't know that financing wouldn't go through if the judge didn't side in favour of Grb last week.   He didn't know that insiders owning less than 10% didn't have to report their holdings.    Despite not knowing this is our most consistent poster on this site.
