OK Blizzy

What about your claim that the City of Tehachapi could supply the water for Sage Ranch without the help of GRB insiders?
I asked you where that water would come from, and you refused to answer.

The news release moments ago will answer your question.   Another myth debunked.     If the goal is to get Jeff to spend more money on press releases, you are doing great jobs making him feel like he has to respond to the one-sided picture that is being painted by posters of this site.
Comment by tylerreddick on Jun 04, 2024 9:19am
It looks like Jeff is responding to Claudia's articles, not anyone on this site. But I wouldn't expect someone with a couple hundred shares to figure that out.

Blizzy, As all this information is coming out years after the EIR was validated. This does not justify anything except to show the report was not based on factual information available at the time of the report. Where is the reduction of water requirement coming from? Was it due to forced water restrictions? Was it due to the closure of parts of the California Correctional Institute? The City ...more

I believe I can do math.   Peak  water usage was just over 2000 when everyone was at home during pandemic and home usage was up.   People went back to work outside of Tehachapi and used water elsewhere.   Then comes the "reduction" which is truly just a return to pre pandemic levels and maybe they did some water conservation and saved a few gallons of water.   ...more

By your math, you certainly DO NOT understand the water issue.
Comment by SvenVandeBroek on Jun 04, 2024 6:19pm
From one engineer to another, you're quite opinionated rather than rational.
Comment by tylerreddick on Jun 04, 2024 10:44pm
Actually rational to the point where I don't take chances with my money any longer. Always take the risk to reward ratio into account, and make my investment decisions from there. With that in mind, yes, those holding GRB shares could make a fair chunk of change, IF everything goes right. So far, that doesn't seem likely. JMO

Hey Ernie!! These latest developments having nothing to do with math chum!! The city has enough unused water rights to supply Sage Ranch by themselves. back to my point of what if they just give Sage the water rights cause they want the project?  we all know your agenda here!!! Take you 35 post a day an take a hike!
Comment by tylerreddick on Jun 04, 2024 10:39pm
Repeating an uneducated statement doesn't make it true, no matter how many times you try. Trump proved that.
Comment by Blizzy420 on Jun 05, 2024 4:54am
My math checks out.  The lack of substance to your posts tells everyone here you dont know much of anything.  If you did you would provide a correction to my poor math but you won't cause your all bluster
Comment by tylerreddick on Jun 05, 2024 9:19am
Well Blizzy, tell me this. You use total water rights available as a guaranteed supply. Is that an accurate assumption?
Comment by Blizzy420 on Jun 05, 2024 11:08am
Nothing is a guarantee but considering they are using less than 2000 and have immediate access to 2500 plus another legally allowed 1000+ I don't think your point holds any water

It must be interesting to live in an alternative universe.
Comment by shneps on Jun 05, 2024 6:58am
That was a very good observation Blizzy related to the Covid19 timing and likely increase in water consumption.

Thank you schnepps.  You have been providing good content that sometimes gets lost in Tyler running amuck . My question to anyone sitting on the sidelines without shares.  Would you buy shares if the judge ruled in favour of the city and GRB?    If not, what holds you back from jumping in?
Comment by shneps on Jun 05, 2024 8:47am
Sorry, busy again. I still owe Lunderk a response, watch the video, share my possibilities and interest.
Comment by tylerreddick on Jun 04, 2024 10:40am
Blizzy, it is obvious you don't understand how the water system works. Better to remain silent and thought a fool, than to speak up and remove all doubt. Famous quote, very applicable.
