RE:RE:Filingswhoami2u ..
Correct. PBJL is our 100% wholly owned PR subsidiary.
We offered (330MWdc) 165MWac as our first offer and we got reduced to (160MWdc) 80MWac for the first phase as the interconnect point at this present time is 80MWac. However the confidential parts that PREB is also holding back includes some of our control systems and design layout that others cannot offer so I will hold off on revealing those aspects until after FOMB approval. All extremely positive.
But I have previously disclosed that our agreement has a phase II of 320MWdc (160MWac) when the line gets upgraded shortly. In addition I stated on a previous post or email that everyone else's capacity factor is 15% while we are at 40%+ for various confidential but technologically simple and proven reasons. What does this mean? For every MW every else has, they produce 15% of rated capacity per MW and we are over 40% which means almost triple the revenue per MW of installed capacity.
I cannot say more until after FOMB signing but its quite spectacular.
Many reasons we chose this sight 12 years ago including highest solar radiation and largest part of transmission system with easy REIMBURSABLE upgrades to the 115kv/230kv syatem
