I didn’t see GRB or the project mentioned in the report. Did I go cross-eyed reading the lawyer jargon and miss it or were the names given just examples?

You have to look for "PBJL ENERGY". This is Greenbriar's Puerto Rican company that houses the Montalva project.

whoami2u .. Correct.  PBJL is our 100% wholly owned PR subsidiary. We offered (330MWdc) 165MWac as our first offer and we got reduced to (160MWdc) 80MWac for the first phase as the interconnect point at this present time is 80MWac.  However the confidential parts that PREB is also holding back includes some of our control systems and design layout that others cannot offer so I will ...more

Great info Jeff. Thank you for that. I've always been curious about one question though. How vulnerable is a solar farm to hurricane force winds? Could another CAT 5 hurricane blow away 12 years of hard work?
