The consultant hired by PREPA to grade the projects is overdue on delivering his report.

It was suppose to be last Friday.  We are all waiting.

Regarding the McKinnsey matrix, our GRB President has completed many in a previous

life while he served as Personal Nuclear Energy Advisor to Gov. Brown of California;

Chief Engineer of the California Energy Commission; and Director of Renewable Energy

of Southern California Edison where he led and awarded over 5,000 MW of wind and solar

contracts.  We attached the matrix within our 86 page response letter that we delivered

on Sept. 11 to PREPA, the FOMB, key members of the US Congress, key members of the

Puerto Rico legislature, the PREB, The Governor's Chief of Staff and others.

If anyone is brave enough on this board to email me, I will gladly send the 86 page report

if they provide a link for the rest folks here to review. Included in the matrix was an exact list of the

over 50,000 MW of solar our team has financed and built around the world over the last decade

with great detail to project name, location, size and involvement.  Ranking is also graded on pricing,

output, availability, cost per kwh as a factor in kw of transmission and overall savings.

PREB outlined in their report we were saving ratepayers a further $250 Million with our new

agreement.

There is no principal that exists in utility scale power generation, engineering or cost analysis

that would allow the consultant to factually grade our project below #1.  If so, then there is very

underhanded actions taking place.  We are watching and waiting.

Our project was designed from the get-go to be #1.
