"Environment Groups" coming after Montalva?
Jeff... I was shuffling through your docket over at the PREB and noticed a new file in there dated December 10th. Something about environmental groups upset that Montalva will be taking up land that would otherwise be used for agricultural purposes. File is in Spanish so my translation might be off. Not sure if I got that right so I'm looking for clarity.
