Montalva Update

Montalva UpdateHere is the link to the PREB Order issued today:

https://energia.pr.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/2021/03/20210303-MI20200012-Resolution-and-Order-1.pdf

In addition to PREB investigating the methodology for the two projects, PREB is imposing fines to PREPA of up to $25,000 per day if they do not provide the information within 10 days.

Further, our legal team is working with Congressional Investigators and the Puerto Rico House and Senate Leadership.

The other 12 projects are extremely angry and putting on huge political pressure.
