Phantom Bid on Sage has bad smellWhy would Phantom bid $79M for SAGE only when the whole company is trading at a $38M market cap with no real controlling block of shares. The economic reasoning would be for Phantom to take over the whole company for $40-45M, keep the real estate and then list the energy assets or sell the energy assets to another group..that is a sound business scenario..current scenario has a too good to be true and bad bad smell to it.
PS those talking Nasdaq listing..you need $4USD/share price to list..so these guys would need a big roll back
Something does not make sense..why pay $79m when the WHOLE company can be had for $40-45M
