Jeff have the ability to make his projects sounds 10times better than it actually is , and 10 time faster than actually going to be . That's why you shouldn't believe someone has credibility problems. This also applies to sage ranch and Puerto Rico project, are you sure jeff tell your 100%truth ? The good and bad side ? Or maybe jeff only told you what you want to hear ?
