Consider moving to Lancaster/Palmdale, located in LA county where the police will not respond to violence or theft unless a life is in imminent danger. No imminent danger? ... no police response!
I lived in SoCal for over 6 years, I've been to Palmdale/Lancaster and of course I visited Sage Ranch in Tehachapi, there is NO comparison. Google cannot give you the life experience of living in or visiting those places Shneps, but I guess living in your sheltered world is where you best belong, behind your keyboard, where all your 'due diligence' just magically happens to put a negative spin on anything related to GRB.
