I guess Jeff isn't aware that the PDP is not reviewed/approved by City council but only the Planning Commision. Hum.

Certainly looking forward to seeing the (300) reservations kick in. You would think they would actually do the first two phases, if they indeed have that many. Any way you can expedite and lessen those negative cash flows and financial burdens from the first years the better. It will save millions per year in interest costs alone.

Looking for some kind of feedback from the water litigation coming August 25th, hopefully. "Settlement discussions continue". Seems like something is going to have to give one way or the other.
Wait and see I guess.
