It's been years of promises to buy Paul Morris's Forward Living, and nothing.
It was never reported that GRB sold (or at least transferred ownership) of the 28.75acres north of Sage Ranch to Forward Living LLC. Why?
I believe the pump is on at Jeff's "other" company. May be for the funding of noted lands and water rights.. Toss in Green Matter Technologies too. Remember they did an incredible $1.9M of consulting for Green Matter. Better make it worthwhile.

As for the "special meeting" by the Water district there was nothing reportable and nobody attended the meeting from the public. Likely it was to review the final submission articles for the lawsuit to the judge. Long overdue.
