It is suspicious, so I wouldn't be a seller until we find out what's up. People close to insiders of these vulture exchange stocks always seem to have a leg up.

I would believe the stock price is at a sweet spot and head bottlewasher probably would agree there is a lot of things going on this month of October! Paul Morris just didn't appear for no  reason now! Special Water Board meeting ! Oct 3 deadline for Puerto Rico! Need l say more!

Where has Paul Morris mysteriously appeared from? It's been years of promises to buy Paul Morris's Forward Living, and nothing. It was never reported that GRB sold (or at least transferred ownership) of the 28.75acres north of Sage Ranch to Forward Living LLC. Why? I believe the pump is on at Jeff's "other" company. May be for the funding of noted lands and water rights

And Morris is notably absent from both twitter and facebook. Who really knows if he is even still involved in Sage Ranch? Jeff won't say anything until forced to. But, that really doesn't matter, as Jeff lined up the prospective buyers, not quite sure if we even need and expensive broker to sell houses? But the recent activity is a clue. It's noteworthy as well that Morris was placed as CEO of sage ranch. Now it says he's a sales representative of sage ranch on the grb website.  Why? When did that change?  Also there's no mention of his position or investment on his linked in, this article or any other source. It kind of just seems like this was a plug by Mr CEO to pump.
